The reporter learned from the Supreme People's Procuratorate today (8th) that the case of Li Weiwei, former deputy director of the Population, Resources and Environment Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, suspected of bribery, was terminated by the National Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate made an arrest decision on Li Weiwei on suspicion of bribery in accordance with the law. The case is under further processing.
