At the same time, it is required to further simplify cross-provincial transfer materials and realize the "one-stop service" for cross-provincial transfer.

The main content and measures for implementing general and vocational integration are to share resources, communicate student status, mutual recognition of credits and mutual curriculum. Students who meet the regulations can freely change their academic status between general education and vocational education, giving students an extra choice. This "Measures" provides institutional guarantees from the perspective of academic status management.

Focus on the security of student status information management, the "Measures" stipulate that education administrative departments at all levels need to establish an early warning mechanism for student status safety management. Managers at all levels should strictly abide by the data usage rules and strictly prevent student record data leakage. If information leakage and illegal use are caused, the relevant persons involved will be dealt with in accordance with the principle of "whoever approves and whoever is responsible" in accordance with the law.
