CCTV News: The National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of a National Unified Market (Trial)". It mentioned that relevant departments should improve the unified and standardized human resources market system, improve the employment public service system, build a national employment public service platform, improve the national unified social security public service platform, completely cancel the restrictions on household registration in the place of employment, and improve the policy of transfer and continuation of social security relations.
All regions shall not set up policy barriers that affect talent flow in terms of household registration, region, identity, archives, personnel relations, etc., to promote the reasonable flow and effective allocation of talent resources.
