From home to foreign land, how can we make our journey back to work smoothly and comfortably? What changes and temperature can be seen in a series of targeted assistance measures? "News 1+1" connects Li Qian, director of the Employment Service Center of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Cheng Tao, deputy director of the Employment Service Administration of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province, to pay attention together.

According to statistics, there are about 14 million migrant workers in Guangxi every year, of which about 6.8 million people work outside the province, and more than 90% of them are concentrated in Guangdong.

As a major province for labor export, what kind of services will the local people provide to ensure that migrant workers returning to work?

Director of the Employment Service Center of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region: In the first quarter of this year, our Guangxi human resources and social security department made every effort to do a good job in employment services during the peak period of labor change and the critical period of resumption of work and production of enterprises. In the first quarter, more than 1,000 special trains were planned to be launched. At the same time, we will hold more than 1,000 special job fairs, publish more than 2 million jobs, and provide public employment services to more than 1 million people.

At present, we have launched more than 500 special trains, including more than 480 special trains and more than 20 special trains. The cumulative number of migrant workers returning to work has exceeded 30,000 point-to-point service. In terms of the targets of service, we target rural laborers with the focus on poverty alleviation, and promote them to return to work and increase their income through free labor delivery.

From the overall employment situation, the scale of rural labor force working in Guangxi has remained generally stable in recent years. From the perspective of characteristics and changes, there are three main aspects:

●First, workers have higher requirements for the comfort and safety of going out to work. For example, the large number of motorcycles that traveled between Guangdong and Guangxi in the early years have now decreased significantly, and more people have chosen self-driving, shuttle buses, and high-speed trains with higher comfort and safety.

●The second change is that the number of people who stay in Guangxi to work has also shown an increasing trend. In recent years, as Guangxi's economic recovery and positive momentum continues to consolidate and the accumulation of positive factors for stabilizing employment, the number of people returning to their hometowns to find jobs and start businesses is also increasing year by year.

●The third change is reflected in the employment industry. With the development of new quality productivity, the proportion of personnel engaged in information technology, intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, modern service industry, digital economy and other industries has increased, and personnel engaged in new employment forms such as e-commerce live streaming, takeaway guys, and online car-hailing are also increasing year by year.

Guangdong is a major province for migrant workers. In order to meet the employment needs after the holiday, the Guangdong human resources and social security department will organize more than 2,000 online and offline recruitment activities in various forms. At present, the Guangdong human resources and social security department is also organizing 40 companies to go to Bijie and Liupanshui, Guizhou to carry out special recruitment activities for labor cooperation between the east and west.

Cheng Tao, deputy director of the Employment Service Administration Bureau of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security: We went to Guizhou to hold a recruitment activity for labor cooperation between the east and west. There are two main considerations. The first is to meet the production and employment needs of our enterprises after the holiday. Most of the enterprises participating in the job fair are manufacturing enterprises with sufficient orders after the New Year, and their employment needs are relatively strong. Our human resources and social security department helps enterprises quickly recruit suitable employees by building an online and offline supply and demand docking platform. On the other hand, we also play the role of the labor cooperation mechanism between the eastern and western regions to promote more rural labor force in Guizhou, especially those who have been lifted out of poverty, to Guangdong to find employment.
