Standardize the Internet sales of refined oil and crack down on illegal and irregular behaviors in the field of refined oil circulation. Fourth, promote the modern development of refined oil circulation. Optimize the layout of refined oil retail outlets, encourage large backbone enterprises to further extend the retail system to rural and remote areas, and support the upgrading and transformation of rural refueling points. Support gas stations to set up convenience stores according to the station's conditions, and launch convenient car wash, auto parts repair and maintenance services to improve the service level of outlets. Promote chain operations of refined oil retail enterprises and accelerate green and low-carbon transformation and development. Fifth, guarantee measures. All regions and relevant departments are required to strengthen organizational leadership, improve incentive and constraint mechanisms, create a good development environment, and jointly promote standardized, orderly and high-quality development of refined oil circulation.
