They will participate in curling, alpine skiing and snowboarding competitions.
Cambodia delegation head Sokvisa Ning: This time we have a total of 4 athletes participating in the skiing event. It's all of us coming to the Asian Winter Games for the first time, like you know, Cambodia has no ice and snow, nor ice-related facilities. So we sent athletes abroad to train, and we hope to have excellent performance, which is a very valuable experience for us, especially providing us athletes with a good opportunity to learn. We participate in high-level sports at the Asian level. At the opening ceremony, we will also raise the Cambodian flag to show our style to the world.
The Saudi Arabian delegation, which participated in the Asian Winter Conference for the first time, will be the host of the 10th Asian Winter Conference in 2029. They are also full of expectations for this Asian Winter Games.

This is our first time in Saudi Arabia to participate in the Asian Winter Conference, so we are looking forward to this game. It was a great experience for all of us. It is understood that this Asian Winter Games has registered more than 1,270 athletes from 34 Asian countries and regions. As of 18:00 on February 4, 29 delegations have arrived, with more than 1,100 athletes and team officials arriving. It is expected that more than 1,500 people involved in the Asian Winter Games will arrive in the next two days.
