CCTV News: On February 4, the Ministry of Commerce issued the "Announcement on the Working Mechanism of the Unreliable Entity List on the Inclusion of the American PVH Group and Inmena on the Unreliable Entity List".
In order to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the List of Unreliable Entities", the Working Mechanism for the Unreliable Entities decided to include the US PVH Group and Illumina, Inc. on the List of Unreliable Entities.
The above two entities violated normal market trading principles, interrupted normal transactions with Chinese companies, and took discriminatory measures against Chinese companies, seriously damaging the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies. The working mechanism for the list of unreliable entities will take corresponding measures against the above entities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Matters not covered by this announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the "Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities".
This announcement shall be implemented from the date of publication.
