CCTV News: Every Spring Festival is the peak period of personnel flow and the golden period for corporate recruitment. In the past two days, Huaian, Jiangsu has launched a series of special activities for recruiting and job delivery, using various recruitment forms to accurately serve the industry and drive employment.
During the Spring Festival, at Wudun Employment Plaza, Xuyi County, Huai'an City, a series of recruitment activities were launched in the "2025 Spring Breeze Action" hotly. The recruitment site was crowded with people, and many job seekers who returned home stopped in front of various recruitment companies' stalls to consult and apply.
Xuyi citizen Peng Jie said: "Because I came back from Zhejiang and I don't plan to go out after the Chinese New Year. I feel that there are many jobs to recruit jobs here, which can basically meet our needs."
The recruitment activity was participated by 137 companies, providing more than 3,000 jobs, covering multiple fields such as new energy, machinery and equipment, finance, etc. As of the 2nd, more than 1,100 people have reached employment intentions.
Yan Bin, deputy director of Huai'an Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said: "More than 300 recruitment activities and related skills training are arranged during the Spring Festival. We also held various recruitment activities in various places such as high-speed rail stations, commercial squares, township markets."
