During the Spring Festival, about half of the Huanggang Road Tunnel Project Department remained behind to ensure that the project will not be stopped. After the tunnel is completed, it will become the "main artery" of traffic connecting the main urban area of Jinan and the starting area for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy across the Yellow River.

At present, most of the Shoukai District has been topped off and is preparing to enter the secondary structure masonry and steel mesh hoisting construction stage. During the Spring Festival, more than a hundred builders were still fighting on the front line. After the completion of the second phase of Jinan Airport renovation and expansion project, the airport's service guarantee capacity will be greatly improved, which can meet the annual passenger throughput of 55 million and cargo and mail throughput of 520,000 tons. The number of total cargo passengers will be increased from 69 to 211. In the future, Jinan Airport will integrate various transportation modes such as high-speed rail, subway, expressway, and urban expressway, becoming a modern aviation comprehensive transportation hub.
