At 6:30 in the morning, the sky had not yet fully lighted up. Huang Bingrong, a resident of Hanxiao Community, Yushui District, Xinyu, got up early, took a handbag, invited friends, and went to the vegetable market to buy ingredients together to prepare for the "Laba Banquet" in the evening.
At noon, Huang Bingrong carefully washed the various ingredients purchased, and put various cereals, beans, processed red dates, longans, etc. into a large pot in a certain proportion to start boiling Laba porridge.
Finally, the porridge became thick, soft and glutinous, and the steaming Laba porridge was ready.
