1. Buy tickets in advance. Both sides of the Qiongzhou Strait all implement the mode of incoming the port after purchasing tickets in advance, and there is no offline car ticket purchase site for the port. Drivers and passengers are advised to purchase good tickets through the WeChat public accounts of "Qiongzhou Strait Ferry Butler", "New Sea Port", and "Railway Ferry" in advance according to their itinerary. As well as the "Ferry Butler" mini program and app, they are also required to purchase good tickets.
2. You can buy tickets in a wait-by-subscription manner. When the tickets are sold out, drivers and passengers can purchase tickets through alternate registration.
3. The rules for refund and change of new energy vehicles have been adjusted. In order to effectively curb the "scalper"'s behavior of hoarding tickets, the rules for refunding and replacing new energy vehicles have been adjusted. The ticket for new energy vehicles passing through the sea can be changed for free before entering the port. There is no charge for refunds for tickets of more than 24 hours from the departure time; the closer the ticket refund time is to the departure time, the higher the handling fee. Remind new energy vehicle owners to understand the latest refund and change rules in advance and arrange travel plans reasonably.
