Announcement No. 21 of 2025
Announcement on the list of 16 U.S. entities on the list of export control control
In accordance with the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Export Control Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it was decided to include 16 Entitas A.S. termasuk Perusahaan Teknologi Penerbangan Gaodian dalam daftar kontrol kontrol ekspor (lihat Lampiran), dan ambil langkah-langkah berikut: 1. Ekspor item tujuan ganda ke 16 entitas di atas AS harus dilarang; Kegiatan ekspor yang relevan yang sedang berlangsung harus segera dihentikan.
2. Jika ekspor memang diperlukan dalam keadaan khusus, operator ekspor berlaku untuk Kementerian Perdagangan.
Pengumuman ini akan secara resmi diterapkan sejak tanggal publikasi.
