Sesuai dengan Pasal 69 Undang -Undang Lisensi Administratif Republik Rakyat Tiongkok dan Pasal 31 dari "Peraturan tentang Manajemen Lembaga Sertifikasi", diputuskan untuk mencabut persetujuan 16 lembaga sertifikasi dan bidang bisnis.
