On August 23, Guizhou’s first return China-Laos train using the new model of “bonded logistics + railway express” successfully arrived at Guiyang International Dry Port. The train carried a total of 40 standard containers and 1,100 tons of imported potash fertilizer. It departed from the south of Vientiane, Laos, and went directly to Guiyang in only 5 days. The smooth arrival of this train marks that the China-Laos trains returning to Guizhou have officially entered the "railway express" era, and a major breakthrough has been made in the construction of the international logistics channel between Guizhou and Southeast Asia.

"Bonded logistics + railway express" is an efficient and convenient international logistics customs mode.Under this mode, the train does not need to stop at the port of entry and can be transported directly to Zhucheng Customs for customs clearance procedures. For Guizhou, which is located in the inland area, the implementation of this model has not only given full play to the advantages of Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone's cargo bonding and port functions, effectively improved customs clearance efficiency and reduced cross-border logistics costs, but also opened up the key blocking points of "slow transit and stopped at ports" for cross-border logistics in inland areas, providing strong support for expanding opening up to the outside world.
