China Coast Guard Spokesperson Jiang Lue said that on July 7, the Japanese fishing boat "Ruibao Maru" illegally entered the territorial waters of China's Chiwei Island, and the Chinese Coast Guard ships took necessary control measures on it in accordance with the law and warned it to be driven away.The Diaoyu Islands and their affiliated islands are China’s inherent territory. We urge Japan to immediately stop all infringing and provocative acts in these waters.The China Coast Guard will continue to carry out rights protection and law enforcement within the territorial waters of the Diaoyu Islands and its affiliated islands to safeguard national territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests.
