Starting from May 1, my country will fully implement zero-tariff measures with 53 African countries that have diplomatic relations with them. So far, African products such as apples, oranges, and avocados have been declared for import under zero tariffs. my country provides Africa with development and new development opportunities through its ultra-large-scale market to better benefit the people of China and Africa.

Yiwu’s foreign trade import and export growth rate is faster than that of the country as a whole

Judging from the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs, since this year, my country’s eastern, central and western regions, and northeastern regions have given full play to their respective location characteristics and industrial advantages, and the coverage and activity of foreign trade development have continued to increase. Customs statistics show that in the first four months of this year, Yiwu’s import and export volume was 272.23 billion yuan, an increase of 17.7%.
