The reporter learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that in 2025, market regulatory authorities across the country will organize special actions such as intellectual property law enforcement to further strengthen the governance of key areas, key commodities, and key markets, actively exert the deterrent effect of administrative law enforcement, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders and consumers, maintain market order, and create a good business environment.

Various special actions investigated and dealt with nearly 580,000 related cases, including 37,000 cases of trademark infringement and counterfeiting of patents. About 74,000 law enforcement actions were carried out against key physical markets with high incidence of infringement and counterfeiting.
