CCTV news: Naval Colonel Zhai Shichen, spokesman for the Southern Theater Command, said that from February 2 to 6, the Southern Theater Command of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army organized naval and air forces to conduct routine patrols in the South China Sea. The Philippines has enlisted countries outside the region to disrupt the South China Sea and organized so-called "bilateral air patrols" to undermine regional peace and stability.
