This newspaper, Beijing, November 2 (Reporter Luo Shanshan) The reporter learned from the Ministry of Commerce: In the first three quarters, 48,921 foreign-invested enterprises were newly established across the country, a year-on-year increase of 16.2%; the actual amount of foreign capital used was 573.75 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.4%. The actual use of foreign capital in September increased by 11.2% year-on-year.

From an industry perspective, the actual use of foreign investment in the manufacturing industry was 150.09 billion yuan, and the actual use of foreign investment in the service industry was 410.93 billion yuan. The actual use of foreign capital in the high-tech industry was 170.84 billion yuan, of which the actual use of foreign capital in the e-commerce service industry, aerospace vehicle and equipment manufacturing industry, and medical equipment and equipment manufacturing industry increased by 155.2%, 38.7%, and 17% respectively. In terms of origin, actual investment in China from Japan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland increased by 55.5%, 48.7%, 21.1%, and 19.7% respectively (including investment data through free ports).
