On the morning of November 2, the torch relay of the 15th National Games began. The first torchbearer Xue Qikun holds the torch and sets off from Shenzhen Lianhuashan Park. The torch relay of this National Games was held simultaneously in four cities: Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

The torch relay route in the Guangzhou competition area highlights the urban characteristics of the "Millennium Commercial City". It not only connects old buildings and old attractions such as Zhenhai Tower, the ancient city wall of the Ming Dynasty, Wuyang Sculpture, and Tianzi Wharf, but also displays new landmarks and new spaces such as Ersha Island, Xinghai Concert Hall, Zhujiang New Town, and Haixinsha Asian Games Park.

The total length of the torch relay route in the Shenzhen competition area is 45 kilometers, of which about 5 kilometers are run and about 40 kilometers are passed by air. It highlights the urban characteristics of an "open city" and not only connects the administrative center, Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, Qianhai International Conference Center and other new era city living rooms, but also passes through food districts such as Jin'an Middle Street and Gangfeng Hong Kong Style Street, allowing the torchbearers to relive the "Spring Story" while running.

The torch route in the Hong Kong competition area starts from the Tamar Government Headquarters and ends at Kai Tak Sports Park, the main venue of the 15th National Games in Hong Kong. It crosses both sides of Victoria Harbor and passes through many famous Hong Kong landmarks, including Tamar Park, Central and Wan Chai waterfronts, Golden Bauhinia Square, Hong Kong Cultural Center and the Hong Kong Space Museum. In addition to running options, ferries and open-top buses are also used.

The torch relay in the Macau Division will be held on the Macau Peninsula. The route is about 2.6 kilometers long and passes through the Macau tourist area. It not only connects many representative historical and cultural landmarks in Macau, but also vividly demonstrates the unique charm of Macau as the intersection of Chinese and Western cultures.
