At the same time, industrial e-commerce promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of the industry. Many places have empowered rural business development through digital technology. Online retail sales of agricultural products increased by 9.6% from January to September.
In addition, international cooperation in e-commerce enhances the resilience of economic and trade relations. Twelve institutional opening achievements, including the "Silk Road E-commerce" Cooperation Pilot Zone and cross-border electronic invoice interoperability, have been replicated and promoted across the country.
