CCTV News: "Purchasing in China" has become the "trend choice" for international tourists. In the first half of this year, the national departure tax refund sales increased by nearly 100 times year-on-year, and the number of departure tax refund stores exceeded 7,200, an increase of about 80% from the end of 2024.

In the next step, the Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to guide local governments to continue to organize a series of activities "Buy in China" so that domestic residents and inbound tourists can better feel the vigorous momentum of the Chinese consumer market.
