The reporter learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that the country has recently deployed a large-scale vocational skills improvement training campaign.
From 2025 to the end of 2027, the country will carry out extensive vocational skills improvement training around increasing the supply of scarce skilled talents in manufacturing and service industries, and guided by the in-depth implementation of the "Skills Lighting the Future" training action. Among them, more than 30 million subsidized training will be carried out to focus on high-end industries, urgently needed industries, key employment groups, etc., to promote workers' skills employment, skills increase, and skills enjoyment.
All localities will focus on advanced manufacturing, digital economy, low-altitude economy, transportation, agriculture and rural areas, and life services, and vigorously carry out vocational skills improvement training in different industries and fields. Focusing on key groups such as enterprise employees, college graduates, and migrant workers, we will continue to strengthen vocational skills improvement training.
This training will stimulate the role of enterprises as the main body, give full play to the role of various training carriers such as vocational colleges (including technical colleges), private training institutions, and public training bases, and implement the project-based training model of "job needs + skills training + skills evaluation + employment services", standardize the training content and strengthen quality assessment. Carry out professional skills level evaluation with high quality, improve the authority, circulation and recognition of professional skills level certificates, strengthen the standardization and systematization of skill evaluation, vigorously promote the "new eight-level workers" professional skills level system, and guide enterprises to implement the allocation method that links job compensation with job value and skill level.
