The reporter learned from the press conference of the State Administration for Market Regulation today that statistics show that the number of inspection and testing institutions in emerging fields such as new energy, new materials, and intelligent equipment in my country continues to grow, and the proportion of inspection and testing institutions recognized by high-tech and specialized enterprises is higher than the overall level of enterprises in the country, indicating that the professional capabilities of inspection and testing have steadily improved, and the characteristics of the high-tech service industry are more distinct.
A relevant person in charge of the Accredited Testing Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation introduced that in 2024, there were 6,025 institutions recognized by high-tech enterprises in my country, accounting for 11.36% of the industry, accounting for 14.95 times the average proportion of enterprises in the country; 1,500 institutions recognized by specialized and specialized small and medium-sized enterprises, accounting for 2.83% of the industry, accounting for 11.32 times the average proportion of enterprises in the country.
At the same time, breakthroughs have been made in independent innovation of domestic instruments and equipment technology. As of the end of 2024, inspection and testing institutions had a total of 10.6701 million sets of instruments and equipment, of which 9.9251 million sets of domestic instruments and equipment, an increase of 4.11% year-on-year. The replacement rate of domestic instruments and equipment reached a new high, with the proportion exceeding 93%, reflecting that my country's independent research and development capabilities of core inspection equipment have been significantly enhanced.
The State Administration for Market Regulation will actively adapt to the development trend of digital and intelligent industries in the next step, organize and carry out research and demonstration applications of digital inspection and testing technologies, and promote the improvement and strengthening of the inspection and testing service industry.
