CCTV News: Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on July 9 showed that in June, my country's consumer price index (CPI) turned from a year-on-year decline to an increase, and the month-on-month decline narrowed.

In June, the consumer price index turned from a year-on-year decline of last month to an increase of 0.1%, a decrease of 0.1% month-on-month, a decrease of 0.1 percentage point from the previous month. The core CPI, excluding food and energy prices, continued to rebound year-on-year, up 0.7%.

He Xiaoying, deputy director of the Analysis Department of the Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, said that from the perspective of key categories, food prices have risen and fallen. Affected by factors such as the decline in inventory and the decrease in imports, beef prices have risen year-on-year; the supply of pork and eggs is generally sufficient, and prices have dropped to varying degrees. Among daily necessities and services, the prices of family services increased year-on-year. Affected by the growth in residents' demand for tourism, tourism prices rose year-on-year.

In the first half of the year, the national consumer price fell by 0.1% compared with the same period last year.

China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing: China's e-commerce logistics index hit a new high in the year in June

On July 9, China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing announced the China's e-commerce logistics index for June.

In June, my country's e-commerce logistics index was 111.8 points, up 0.2 points from the previous month. The index rose month-on-month for four consecutive months and hit a new high in the year in June. This index has always been the "early warning" and "barometer" of my country's e-commerce logistics industry, and can comprehensively reflect information on total business volume, logistics timeliness, fulfillment rate, satisfaction, cost and personnel.

The China E-commerce Logistics Index is actually composed of multiple sub-indexes. Specifically, the total business volume index in June was 130.8 points, up 0.6 points from the previous month. This shows that consumers' enthusiasm for online shopping increased in June, and companies reported that order volume and user activity hit a record high.

In addition, the rural business volume index in June was 130.4 points, up 0.8 points from the previous month. The year-on-year growth rate of rural business volume exceeded 30% for the first time this year. This shows that the increase in the rural business volume index of e-commerce logistics has further expanded on the month-on-month. Experts said that with the advancement of the old-for-new policy, the graduation season and the peak summer consumption season, the e-commerce logistics market is expected to continue to maintain a steady upward trend.
