A relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Commerce said that China attaches great importance to export control work, pays attention to learning from international practices, continues to strengthen and improve the construction of the export control system, and adjusts and improves the dual-purpose export control list according to actual conditions. Objects related to strategic resources have obvious dual-use attributes for military and civilians. China will fully refer to international practices to better fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and will add relevant strategic resources in a timely manner and in accordance with the needs of safeguarding national security and other needs to strengthen export controls.
