CCTV News (News Network): Several measures to promote the development of the private economy in the energy field were recently introduced to better support the private economy in participating in the construction of energy fields.
In terms of major energy projects, my country will support private enterprises to participate in nuclear power and invest in major energy projects such as hydropower, oil and gas reserve facilities, and oil and gas pipelines.
In terms of supporting the development of new energy formats and models, my country will support private enterprises to actively invest in innovative technologies and models such as new energy storage, virtual power plants, and smart microgrids, and encourage private enterprises to deeply participate in major scientific and technological innovations in the energy field.
The relevant person in charge of the National Energy Administration said that in order to promote the fair participation of private enterprises in the market, my country will continue to improve the market access system, promote the separation of oil and gas pipeline transportation and sales, guide private enterprises to enter the competitive links of the oil and gas market more conveniently, and support private construction enterprises to actively participate in power grid construction. At the same time, we must strictly regulate administrative inspections involving enterprises, strengthen supervision of fees related to enterprises in the energy field, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of business entities.
