It is expected that from 08:00 on April 29 to 08:00 on April 30, there will be strong winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 9 in eastern Xinjiang, most of Inner Mongolia, most of Gansu Hexi, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, central and northern Shanxi, northern Hebei, most of Liaoning, central and western Jilin, central and western Heilongjiang, among which the average wind speed in some areas of eastern Xinjiang, western Inner Mongolia, Gansu Hexi can reach level 7 and gusts of level 8 to 10; some sea areas in the Taiwan Strait, Bashi Strait, and northeastern South China Sea will have strong winds of level 7 and gusts of level 8.

From 08:00 on April 30 to 08:00 on April 1, there will be strong winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 8 in northern Xinjiang, most of Inner Mongolia, most of Gansu, eastern Qinghai, Ningxia, central and northern Shaanxi, Shanxi, northern Hebei, central and southeastern Hebei, central and northern Shandong, central and northern Henan, northern Anhui, and other places. Among them, the average wind speed in some areas in western Inner Mongolia and eastern Gansu Hexi region can reach level 7 and gusts of level 8 to 10; most of the Yellow Sea will have strong winds of level 7 and gusts of level 8.
