CCTV News: According to the WeChat official account of "City Saying New Language", recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Committee) approved the issuance of two newly revised national tourism service standards: "Tourism Information Consulting Services" (GB/T 26354-2025) and "Tourism Restaurant Facilities and Service Requirements" (GB/T 26361-2025).
The new version of the national standard for "Tourism Information Consulting Services" has been revised based on new changes and new needs of tourism information consulting services, clarifying the overall requirements, service content, service methods, service personnel, service facilities and equipment, service improvement and other aspects, focusing on strengthening the requirements of online service methods, barrier-freeness and sustainability. The new version of the national standard of "Tourist Restaurant Facilities and Service Requirements" clarifies the terms and definitions of tourist restaurants, and puts forward specific requirements in the facilities, dishes, customer service, management systems of tourist restaurants, and focuses on updating cultural and tourism integration, intelligent services, green consumption and other contents.
The release of two national standards will further improve the tourism service standard system and provide technical guidance for tourism information consultation, restaurant facilities construction and services, which will help accelerate the supply of high-quality tourism public services, stimulate the inherent potential of the tourism consumption market, and better meet the people's tourism consumption and a better life needs.
