After the 6.8-magnitude earthquake in Tingri, Tibet, emergency allocation of disaster relief materials and donated by all sectors of society provided solid guarantees for local people. So, how are these materials transported and distributed to the people? We followed the reporter to the scene to take a look.
Tibet Taiwan reporter Zhang Yidan: I am now in Luoxie Square in Dingri County. Since the disaster occurred, all the materials allocated from the central government and charity assistance from all walks of life have been delivered to a specially designated warehouse for storage through special materials, and then distributed to the masses in an orderly manner.

As the disaster relief work is steadily advancing, various types of materials have also changed from the initial temporary storage to special storage with special personnel. The reporter saw in one of the storage warehouses that many containerized minivans were queuing up to load supplies.

Tsering Doji, Director of the Development, Reform and Economics and Information Bureau of Dingri County: We are on standby at any time 24 hours a day and transported at any time. The townships in the disaster area were reported to the county front-line command center, and the command center gave us instructions to send us how much to each township from us and what materials this township needs, we arranged it directly to deliver it to the township and specifically to the village.

After carefully checking the quantity of materials and confirming that they are delivered, the driver responsible for the transportation will set off immediately. The reporter followed the car to Quluo Township. At present, the construction of the board houses in Quluo Township has been basically completed, and the wiring boards in this batch of materials are urgently needed.
