Gouba is a small mountain village located in Bozhou District, Zunyi City, northern Guizhou. In March 1935, the Central Red Army held a meeting in Gouba to abolish the plan to attack Daguxinchang, preventing the Red Army from a major setback, further establishing and consolidating Mao Zedong's leadership position in the Party Central Committee and the Red Army, and becoming an important continuation of the Zunyi Conference.

This history has left a deep red mark on Gouba. The red gene has taken root and sprouted in the countryside, continued to be passed on, and has become a powerful driving force for promoting rural revitalization. Inheriting the red spirit and stride forward, a beautiful picture of rural revitalization is slowly unfolding in northern Guizhou.
