CCTV News: According to the website of the Ministry of Commerce, in order to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws, the working mechanism of the list of unreliable entities is determined to participate in arms sales to Taiwan, including Inter-Coastal Electronics, System Studies & Simulation, Iron Mountain Solutions, Applied Technologies Group, Axient, Anduril Industries and Maritime Tactical Systems are included in the list of unreliable entities and take the following measures: 1. Prohibit the above-mentioned enterprises from engaging in import and export activities related to China; 2. Prohibit the above-mentioned enterprises from new investment in China; 3. Prohibit the above-mentioned senior management personnel from entering the country; 4. Disapprove and cancel the above-mentioned senior management personnel's work permit, stay or residence qualifications in China.
Matters not covered by this announcement shall be implemented in accordance with the "Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities".
This announcement shall be implemented from the date of publication.
