A brigade of the Rocket Force is an old army of Wang Zhongxin, the winner of the "August 1st Medal", and a group of senior sergeants like Wang Zhongxin emerged here. They served in service for an average of 21 years and were distributed in key positions such as missile test launches. Many of them started as cooks, oil workers, and custodians. Now 23 people have won the Outstanding Talent Award for All Sergeants, 6 people have been selected as the Rocket Force's "Three Types" Sergeant Talents, and 24 people have been rated as first-level operating trolleymen.
