China News Service Yinchuan, January 12 (Reporter Yang Di) According to the Ningxia Earthquake Network, at 05:41 and 05:42 on January 12, magnitude 3.0 and 2.5 earthquakes occurred in Jinfeng District and Xingqing District, Yinchuan City, Ningxia, respectively, with a depth of 17 kilometers. The two earthquakes were separated by 28 seconds.
After investigation, there were feelings in many places such as Jinfeng District, Xingqing District, Xixia District, Yongning County, Helan County, Lingwu City, Litong District, etc. Among them, the tremors in Jinfeng District, Xingqing District, and Yongning County were more obvious, Xixia District and Helan County had tremors, and Lingwu City and Litong District had slight tremors.
After analysis and judgment by Ningxia Earthquake Bureau, these two earthquakes belong to the Yongning magnitude 4.8 and Jinfeng magnitude 4.6 seismic group sequence on January 2.
