The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that from January 12 to 14, the temperature in the earthquake zone and surrounding areas will drop by 4 to 8℃, with strong winds around 7 to 8 magnitude.
The post-disaster resettlement work continues to be carried out, and the construction of prefabricated houses is being accelerated.

At present, resettlement points in the earthquake-stricken areas are stepping up the construction of prefabricated houses. On the afternoon of January 11, more than 1,000 movable houses donated from various places arrived at several resettlement sites in Changsuo Township and Cuoguo Township in Dingri County. Starting from January 12, rescue workers started to install the houses.
All power supply at the epicenter resettlement site is connected

At the same time, the distribution of materials, medical treatment and other work at each resettlement site is also being carried out in a step-by-step manner. By the afternoon of January 11, all resettlement sites in the epicenter area had been connected to the main power supply, making the power supply more stable and reliable. The water conservancy department is also speeding up the repair of damaged water supply projects and strengthening emergency water supply guarantees. Temporary postal outlets were set up in earthquake areas to ensure that mail delivery services were not interrupted. In addition, in the affected villages, rescue forces such as the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force are speeding up their infrastructure maintenance and ruin cleaning to prepare for post-disaster reconstruction.
