At 9:5 on January 7, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in Dingri County, Shigatse City, Tibet. The earthquake-stricken area is located in the high-altitude area of the plateau, and it is winter, so it is crucial to live in a warm place.
"Ensure that the affected people have a warm winter" is the clear requirement of the Party Central Committee for the earthquake relief work in Ting Japan in Tibet. The earthquake relief work is now at a critical stage, and all parties are trying their best to ensure the basic lives of the affected people.

On the afternoon of January 11, a temporary generator in the scattered resettlement site of Tangren Village was unloaded. At this point, all resettlement sites in the epicenter area have been connected to the main electricity, providing strong support for the power connection and heating of newly built movable houses.
At the scene, a relevant person in charge of State Grid Tibet Power Company told reporters, "In the next stage, we will devote our energy to the power supply of newly built mobile houses, strive to build a board house and complete a power supply, so that the people can move in as soon as possible and have a warm winter."

At present, the rescue and search and rescue work in the earthquake-stricken areas has been converted into resettlement of victims and post-disaster reconstruction. A total of 224 resettlement sites have been set up, and 47,500 affected people have completed preliminary resettlement.
Eat hot rice, drink hot tea, move into a prefabricated house, use heating facilities... The basic lives of the affected people are guaranteed and feel the warmth in the cold winter.

At around 16:00 on the 10th, in Gurong Village, one of the worst-hit villages, a total of 107 affected people from the first batch of 20 households moved from temporary resettlement tents into the prefabricated house. What do these prefabricated houses look like? Do the people live warmly? Is it inconvenient to live? On the 11th, Xinhua News Agency reporters went to the public's prefabricated house for on-site visits.
As soon as I entered the prefabricated house, the reporter felt the warmth coming to his face. In order to keep the people warm, the prefabricated house is equipped with a stove and a hot electric heater. According to reports, after all power is turned on, the temperature in the room can reach 20 degrees Celsius.
It is understood that each board room has 18 square meters and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The board room has folding beds, tables, stoves and other facilities. In addition, the board room has its own anti-theft door and anti-theft plastic steel windows. The two windows are opposite, ventilated and bright, sealed and heat-insulated; a variety of built-in sockets and lighting lamps can be moved in after connecting external power. Functional areas such as accommodation, washing, medical and learning are also designed in the resettlement site. What is impressive is that the overall structural design of the first batch of movable prefabricated houses is mostly foldable, and a movable prefabricated house can be built in as fast as 8 minutes.

On the 11th, the board house resettlement site in Gurong Village, Changsuo Township, Dingri County, Tibet was connected to broadband and IPTV network TV. The children sat around the TV and said they wanted to watch the movie "Wolf Warrior". This is the first mobile prefabricated house to connect wired gigabit broadband and IPTV network TV and realize Wi-Fi coverage in Dingri County, Tibet.
People's medical treatment and psychological counseling are related to the quality of life of the people in disaster areas in emergency situations.
At the resettlement site in Senga Village, Changsuo Township, with an altitude of more than 4,400 meters, the temperature in the morning has fallen to minus 18 degrees Celsius. A professional medical team composed of party members from the Tibet Corps Hospital of the Armed Police Force began a day-long inspection tour early in the morning.
Discover and deal with problems caused by earthquake injuries such as concussions, and publicize to the public about preventing carbon monoxide poisoning by lighting a pastry lamp in the tent... Doctors respect the customs of local people, listen to the voices of the injured, respond to the demands of the injured, and soothe their injured hearts.
The reporter observed that doctors rub their hands and warm them before palpation. This small detail makes people feel warm.

According to reports, many resettlement sites in many villages now have village doctors, who can timely diagnose and treat common diseases in the people in the disaster area. "Prevent the epidemic after the disaster. It is winter now, and we must prevent upper respiratory and digestive diseases." Liu Qingquan, an expert stationed by the National Health Commission and director of the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, said, "At present, there are sufficient medicines at the resettlement sites, and the people injured in the disaster have been properly treated."
In addition, the Emergency Psychological Rescue Team of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has established service points in several villages such as Cuoang Village. Through football, painting, dance and other forms, it brings happiness to children in the earthquake-stricken areas, and also provides them with a variety of services including psychological counseling.
Laughter and joy everywhere dilute the pain brought by disasters and bring warmth and hope to people.
