Ida Cruise today (January 9) announced that the first domestically produced large cruise ship "Ida Magic City" will start a Chinese port city cruise this year and will make its debut in Qingdao on April 6. This is also the first time that a domestically produced large cruise ship has set sail in a Chinese port city outside Shanghai.
At that time, the "Ida Modu" will depart from Qingdao International Cruise Home Port and sail two 4 nights and 5-day international cruise routes in a row, taking passengers to Fukuoka, Japan and Jeju, South Korea to start an exploration journey. Passengers in Qingdao and surrounding areas will have the opportunity to experience the charm of the country's important weapons up close. Next, the "Ida Modu" will also go to more Chinese port cities to help spread marine culture and cruise culture.
As of now, the two large cruise ships under Ida Cruise, "Ida·Modu" and "Ida·Mediterranean" have served nearly 500,000 domestic and foreign passengers in total, and have received many praises. The second large domestic cruise ship "Ida Huacheng" has entered the acceleration period of final assembly and is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2026 and an international route will be opened in Nansha, Guangzhou.
