We must focus on key areas, strengthen safety prevention construction, strengthen patrol protection, strengthen conflict and dispute investigation and mediation, and maintain good order in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, hospitals, railway stations, airports, ports, urban bus hubs, etc.

The Ministry of Public Security requires that it is necessary to conduct concentrated inspections of key industries and places, and jointly inspect hotels and other places in conjunction with cultural and tourism, market supervision and other departments to eliminate safety hazards; and to work with emergency management and other departments to strengthen supervision and management of the fireworks and firecrackers industry, strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, and eliminate the breeding soil for risks. We must focus on the inspection of prominent parts of hidden dangers, strengthen the inspection and rectification of safety hazards for urban and rural areas, urban villages and other parts, and old communities, and prevent accidents to the greatest extent. We must concentrate on investigating prominent traffic hazards, strengthen road service deployment for important sections, increase inspection efforts, strictly investigate key vehicles such as "two passengers, one dangerous goods, one side", and strictly punish key illegal acts such as drunk driving and "three supers and one fatigue".
