A new four types of home appliances, including microwave ovens, water purifiers, dishwashers, and rice cookers, have been added to participate in the exchange of old-for-new household appliances. The scope of home appliance subsidies has been expanded to 12 categories, and a maximum subsidy of 20% of the sales price per piece can be enjoyed; new subsidies for purchases of three types of digital products such as mobile phones, tablets, smart watches and bracelets will be added; fuel vehicles that meet the National IV emission standards that meet the conditions will be included in the scope of scrapping and renewal subsidies.
In terms of equipment updates, new fields such as electronic information, production safety, facility agriculture, etc. are added, focusing on supporting the application of high-end, intelligent and green equipment, and further improving subsidy standards for new energy urban buses and power battery updates.
At present, the central government has pre-issued 81 billion yuan of consumer goods traded in 2025 to local governments, fully ensuring the consumption subsidy needs during the New Year's Day and Spring Festival. The country will also increase the issuance of super-long-term special treasury bonds in 2025 to further support the implementation of the "two new" policies.
