According to preliminary statistics, the value of funds (materials) donated and intended donated by charitable forces across the country has exceeded 270 million yuan.
Among them, the China Charity Federation has donated the first 2 million yuan of funds to earthquake-stricken areas for earthquake rescue and life guarantee in the disaster-stricken areas; Tencent Charity Foundation has launched the first batch of donations of 20 million yuan for emergency assistance, transitional resettlement, winter materials, post-disaster reconstruction, and labor-for-relief work in the affected areas; charitable organizations such as China Women's Development Foundation, China Primary Health Care Foundation, Alibaba Charity Foundation, SF Express Charity Foundation, Bosideng Charity Foundation, Xinhua Life Insurance Charity Foundation, and Nebula Cultural and Education Charity Foundation have donated emergency materials, cold-proof clothing or sent rescue forces to earthquake-stricken areas.
