On February 17, representatives of Myanmar, China and Thailand held tripartite talks in Miaowadi to quickly advance the transfer of foreign personnel. The talks discussed the implementation of the system of cracking down on telecommunications fraud, eradicating telecommunications fraud crime dens in the Miaowadi area, and transferring the people involved to relevant countries.
