In order to effectively improve students' safety awareness, strengthen the protection of minors, and combine the traffic conditions around the school, on February 18, 2025, the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of Xiongxian County Party Committee, together with the County Education Bureau, Baigou High-speed Railway Station, and Zhugezhuang Town People's Government carried out a legal publicity campaign with the themes of "Laws of Laws and Regulations for Minors" and "Love the Road, Protect the Road, Start with Me" at Xingaifang Primary School in Xiongxian County. The event was hosted by Principal Wang Huaiguo.
In the event, Zhao Fang, a practicing lawyer at Beijing Yinghe (Xiong'an) Law Firm, focused on road safety laws and regulations for minors and road traffic rules, and improved students' road safety awareness through in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations, vivid case displays and on-site Q&A, and put the railway safety idea and concepts deeply rooted in the hearts of every student. Liu Zhenguo, vice principal of Xingaifang Primary School, gave a lecture on cultivating good habits of minor students and improving safety prevention capabilities. The staff of Baigou Station Police Station popularized the common sense of loving road protection on the spot.
