CCTV News: Recently, the reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology that the "Tiangong" humanoid robot independently developed by the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center has achieved important breakthroughs in a number of key functions such as "perception walking" based on vision, high-speed running on complex terrain, and crossing large height difference steps.
Recently, the "Tiangong" humanoid robot independently developed by the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center successfully reached the highest point of Haizi Wall Park, Tongzhou District, Beijing in outdoor real terrain tests, becoming a humanoid robot that can continuously climb multiple steps outdoors. With the help of embodied "brain" and embodied "cerebellum", the "Tiangong" robot can accurately identify the terrain ahead while moving, and adjust the whole body movement and gait in real time, so as to achieve high-speed running in various complex terrains such as sand, snow, and hillsides. The running speed has increased from the initial 6 kilometers per hour to 12 kilometers per hour.

Wei Jiaxing, head of brand public relations at the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, said: "We are very looking forward to the future of humanoid robots that will have more than just some breakthroughs in technology and display of technical capabilities. We also hope that it can be implemented in more high-value application scenarios."
Since the beginning of the year, Beijing is exploring the construction of a number of new industrial innovation platforms to promote the integration and docking of large, medium and small enterprises, and accelerate the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.

Su Guobin, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economics and Information Technology, said: "In the next step, we will strengthen industry guidance and resource empowerment of these new cultivation bases, focus on cutting-edge emerging fields such as artificial intelligence robots and commercial aerospace and future industrial directions, accelerate the promotion of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises to deepen the application of digital and intelligent technology, and actively build an ecological system for collaborative innovation and development of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain."
Shenzhen, Guangdong: Applying exoskeleton robot wearable equipment makes it easier to visit the park
Recently, Shenzhen Wildlife Park launched an exoskeleton robot experience project, which can help tourists save more effort when visiting the park. Let's go and have a look together.
In the experience area of Shenzhen Wildlife Park Entrance Square, the exoskeleton robot experience project has attracted many citizens and tourists. The device weighs 1.8 kg and can sense user movements in real time and provide dynamic assistance.

Shenzhen Wildlife Park covers an area of more than 600,000 square meters. In-depth tours may take one day, which is also a test of physical strength. After wearing an exoskeleton robot, it is easier to walk, especially when walking on a longer trail or uphill, which has a more obvious effect.

Liu Hui, assistant manager of the planning department of Shenzhen Wildlife Park, said: "The main groups of people are the elderly and people with mobility difficulties. Since the launch, there have been many people consulting and using them."
