The latest data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers shows that in January this year, my country's passenger car production and sales reached 2.151 million and 2.133 million respectively, an increase of 3.3% and 0.8% year-on-year, achieving both year-on-year growth. Among them, new energy vehicles performed outstandingly, with production and sales increasing by 29% and 29.4% year-on-year, respectively, and sales reached 38.9% of the total sales of new cars.

After the release of this year's new round of "national subsidy" policies, various places followed up and came up with new tricks, and the vitality of the automobile market was further released. Recently, Zhejiang announced the "2025 Auto Replacement and Update Subsidy Implementation Rules"; Tianjin refined the subsidy standards and provided different amounts of subsidies according to the price of new cars; Hainan simplified the application process to enable the subsidies of "real money" to reach consumers faster; Guangzhou has jointly launched exclusive packages with car companies to increase configuration and extend quality warranty.

Implement the "two new" policies to stimulate the potential of domestic demand

In the past two days, in a company workshop in Zhengzhou, Henan, the newly installed fully automatic canning production line has achieved full capacity, helping the company improve its production capacity.

Since last year, this company has urgently needed to update its equipment due to a significant increase in product orders. At the critical moment when enterprises are anxious to expand production capacity, Henan Province issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Updates and Consumer Products Trade-in-News", implemented the technological transformation and upgrading project, and promoted the high-end, intelligent and green development of the industry. After learning about the factory's needs, the local relevant departments implemented a RMB 3 million interest subsidy loan for green enterprises for production and operation. In less than two months, the fully automatic and multi-function filling machine was put into use on the production line.

Zhang Jiangwei, General Manager of the Enterprise Production Center: After the equipment is updated and transformed, two production lines have been added, and the current production capacity has increased from 15,000 pieces per day to 100,000 pieces per day.

Henan has strengthened the opportunities of "two" and "two new" policies, implemented major technological transformation and upgrading of manufacturing and large-scale equipment renewal projects, promoted the replacement of all existing equipment in the industrial field, accelerated the financial investment of 1,556 countries to pass the review projects, promoted the high-end, intelligent and green development of manufacturing, and strived to increase industrial technological transformation investment by more than 10% year-on-year in the first quarter.

At the same time, Henan Province continues to implement the policy of ex-new consumer goods, which basically covers common consumer goods involved in daily consumption scenarios, and shortens the entire process of fund application-review-issuance to within 20 working days, greatly stimulating consumers' enthusiasm for purchasing.
