CCTV News: According to the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Transport recently jointly issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Measuring Supervision and Inspection of Dynamic Vehicle Scale (Total Vehicle Weight Measuring)", which decided to carry out the Measuring Supervision and Inspection of Dynamic Vehicle Scale from February to April this year, aiming to promote the scientific distribution of dynamic vehicle scale points, further strengthen the Measuring Supervision and Management of Dynamic Vehicle Scale, and effectively maintain a fair and orderly highway freight market order.
This supervision and inspection focuses on five aspects: strengthening source supervision, scientific planning and layout, standardizing use management, ensuring the quality of verification, and strengthening coordination and linkage. First, local market supervision departments should implement "double random" inspections on dynamic automobile scale production enterprises in their jurisdiction to standardize industry order; second, local transportation authorities should adjust and optimize the layout of national and provincial trunk road over-limit detection stations in light of the development and changes of the highway network, and scientifically set up dynamic automobile scale installation areas; third, local market supervision departments and transportation departments should conduct supervision and inspections on dynamic automobile scale users within their jurisdiction, and conduct "double random" inspections on dynamic automobile scales in use in key areas, key sections, and highway entry (exit); fourth, statutory measurement and verification agencies and authorized institutions at all levels should actively strengthen their own verification capabilities and effectively carry out compulsory verification of dynamic automobile scales; fifth, further deepen the coordination and linkage between market supervision departments and transportation departments, and promote joint supervision and law enforcement.
