The action plan proposes that by 2027, my country's new energy storage manufacturing industry will have an international competitive advantage in the entire chain, the echelon of advantageous enterprises will be further strengthened, and the industrial innovation and comprehensive competitiveness will be significantly improved, achieving high-end, intelligent and green development.
——The industrial system is being improved at an accelerated pace. The scale of the new energy storage manufacturing industry is basically matched with downstream demand, and 3-5 ecologically-led enterprises have been cultivated. The pattern of industrial main body concentration and regional agglomeration has been basically formed, and the industrial clusters and ecological systems have been continuously improved. The resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain has been significantly enhanced, and the standard system and market mechanism have become more sound.
——Product performance is significantly enhanced. The supply capacity of new energy storage products and technologies that are highly safe, reliable, high energy efficiency, long life and economical are continuously enhanced, and the energy conversion efficiency of new energy storage systems has been significantly improved. Thermal abuse and overcharging do not catch fire or explode, and the safety level of the entire life cycle is accelerated.
——The application field continues to expand. The diversification level of new energy storage products and technologies has been further improved, better meeting the application needs of many fields such as electricity, industry, energy, transportation, construction, communications, agriculture, etc., and providing solid material guarantees for promoting the energy revolution and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
