Compared with the case handling figures in the past five years, the procuratorate's false litigation supervision cases have maintained a high fluctuation.
Lan Xiangdong introduced that with the deepening of procuratorial supervision of false litigation by the procuratorate, the judicial organs have effectively strengthened the prevention of false litigation, especially the improvement of the social integrity system, and the number of mass cases in areas such as private lending and other areas of high incidence and prone to occurrence have gradually decreased, and the high incidence of false litigation has been curbed to a certain extent. The radiation of social harm has expanded, and the number of illegal and criminal cases involving public, gangs and cross-regional areas has continued to increase, and the overall situation is still very serious.
