Recently, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province organized a New Year job fair, using a combination of offline job fairs and online "live broadcasting to lead jobs" to build a precise docking platform for job seekers and employers.


At 10 a.m., in the recruitment hall, many job seekers gathered in front of the job information disclosure board to learn about relevant information. Among them, the policy on employment subsidies for fresh graduates has solved the problem of living in peace for students.

It is understood that a total of 122 companies participated in this job fair and provided more than 3,800 positions. It involves manufacturing, electronic information, new energy and new materials and other fields, meeting the diversified needs of job seekers.

At the same time, "live broadcasting leads" is also carried out simultaneously online. The Yangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Department invited corporate representatives to enter the live broadcast room to introduce in detail information such as company situation, job needs, salary and benefits, so that job seekers can also obtain information online and participate in the application.

Zhao Bin, director of the Human Resources Market Management Office of Yangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, introduced that the average number of live broadcasts on the job is more than 10,000 people actively participate in each game. Judging from the on-site recruitment, it shows the significant characteristics of both supply and demand and diversified positions.

It is understood that before the Spring Festival, the local area carried out a large-scale job solicitation activity. So far, a total of 16,000 jobs have been provided to job seekers.
