CCTV News: After the Spring Festival, it is the peak period for job hunting and the golden period for recruitment. Driven by new economy, new business formats, new technologies and other factors, in Chongqing's employment market this year, the demand for some positions, such as algorithm engineers, cultural and creative product planning and operators, has increased significantly.

At a large-scale job fair for "Spring Breeze Action" in Bishan District, an artificial intelligence research and development company provided more than 30 positions, including algorithm scientists, AI data analysts, and large model application engineers, which became a hot spot at the job fair, and some positions also had high salaries "grabbing people".

It is understood that more than 8,200 positions were provided at the job fair that day. Among them, new occupations from emerging industries such as Internet technology, intelligent manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, and cultural industries account for 30%. In response to the increasing demand for new professional talents and the lack of local talent reserves, the human resources and social security department has begun to recruit talents from all over the country.
