CCTV News: The Central Meteorological Observatory continues to issue a blue warning for strong winds at 18:00 on February 16: It is expected that from 20:00 on February 16 to 20:00 on February 17, there will be strong winds of level 4 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 8 in some areas of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, western and southeastern Heilongjiang, Shandong Peninsula, Zhejiang and central and western Tibet; there will be strong winds of level 7 and gusts of level 8 in the Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, northeastern East China Sea, Taiwan Strait, Bashi Strait, and northeastern East China Sea.
